Purpose of this Policy
This Policy describes how we source, check and publish content. It reflects our aspirations for quality and transparency. It does not create any binding obligations beyond those explicitly stated in our Terms of Service.
Question paper sourcing
All previous year question papers on this Site are sourced from official documentation released by the conducting authority of each exam: UPSC, SSC, NTA, IBPS, the JEE and GATE organising institutes, NBEMS, state public service commissions, and exam boards including CBSE, CISCE and the state boards. Where the conducting body has published an official question paper, we link to it and check our digital text against it. Where official answer keys are available, we cite them. Where official answer keys are not published, our editorial team reviews solutions before publication.
Verified and unverified papers
A paper is marked as verified only after its text has been checked against the official paper. Until then the page carries an "Unverified draft" notice, is not submitted to search engines, and should not be relied on.
Editorial principles
Accuracy (best effort)
We make reasonable efforts to verify questions, answers and factual claims against authoritative sources. Despite these efforts, content may contain errors, outdated information or omissions. Official answer keys are sometimes revised or challenged after publication. We do not warrant the accuracy of any specific statement and disclaim liability for any reliance on Site content.
Sources
Where possible, we cite sources, including:
- Official question papers, answer keys and notifications of the conducting bodies
- Official syllabi and curriculum documents
- Official results and cutoff notifications
Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently of advertiser and affiliate partner relationships. We are not affiliated with any exam body, board or coaching institute. Advertising is served by Google AdSense based on content relevance and user interests. Affiliate partnerships, where present, are clearly disclosed.
Updates and corrections
Pages show the date they were last reviewed. We welcome correction requests at corrections@pyqanalysis.com. We reserve discretion over whether and how to respond to correction requests.
Transparency
Content is published under the name of the Site; we do not publish individual bylines. Sponsored or promotional content, if any, is clearly labelled.
AI-assisted content
Solutions and analysis on this Site are sometimes drafted with assistance from AI language models (Claude, Gemini) and reviewed by our editorial team before publication. AI is also used to extract question text from official PDFs, which is then checked against the source. AI-generated content is held to the same accuracy and editorial standards as human-drafted content. We do not guarantee error-free output from any source, AI or human.
Fair dealing position
Question papers from public examinations conducted by Indian government and quasi-government bodies are factual content of public interest. We provide them for educational purposes with clear source attribution. Where any rights-holder requests removal or correction, we comply as set out in our Copyright Policy.
