8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless pyqanalysis.com and its operators, editors and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

10. Force majeure

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Dispute resolution

13.1 Informal resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first attempt resolution by writing to legal@pyqanalysis.com with a detailed description of the dispute. We will attempt in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

13.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, conducted in English by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

13.3 Class action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action or representative action against us. Disputes must be brought individually.

13.4 Exceptions

Nothing in this section limits our right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or prevent misuse of the Site.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

15. No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
